The hotel is a gem! We loved our room with a harbor view. it was clean and quiet. The heated pool was perfect for evening swims, and the breakfast buffet was fresh and varied. Friendly staff made our stay special. Easy taxi access outside. A few minor dining flaws, but that's it.

Spacious room overlooking the marina with a generous deck that offers a splendid view. Good cleanliness with comfortable beds that made relaxation easy after a day of activities like diving and swimming with whale sharks.

Location is not too remote, but taxis often exploit guests with fluctuating rates, making it necessary to rent a car for convenience. The facilities are showing signs of age, with issues like outdated mattresses and a TV lacking smart features. Breakfast had a variety of missing items over the stay, which added a bizarre twist to dining.

We enjoyed a stunning marina view from our room, which was just a short walk to Playa El Caimancito, an ideal spot for relaxing and soaking up the sun. plus, the central location made it easy for us to stroll leisurely along the Malecon and take in the local sights.

The stay was wonderful with access to a beautiful beach, perfect for our family. The breakfast spread was impressive, making our mornings enjoyable and filling. We took advantage of the nearby golf course for some family fun too.

My kids wished the rooms had more modern TVs. it felt outdated. Having better options for games or activities would really help keep the teens entertained. Also, an improvement in the fitness center could make our family stays more enjoyable.
